The name it self already expresses what I intend with my style. Everyone, woman or weak man should be capable to defend them selfs at anytime. Like in Kun-Tai-Ko (mighty small body), I also think, that a technology necessitates strength to make it work is a bad technology. Beside the effectiveness, I attach and emphasise also on the ancient values of discipline, tradition, honor, respect, loyalty and character. Basic-values, that get lost unfortunately in the present-days Therefore, I teach Asian wisdoms and the eastern philosophy combined with hard training in order to perfect the system.
