Brief history of
Seiwakan-Budo

In 1973, Sensei
Kleinschwaerzer began his first steps with judo and discovered
his first insights into Martial Arts and Self Defense. After a
short while, he changed over to " SHOTOKAN-KARATE ". However,
again this wasn't what he was searching for. Finally in 1977 he
found near his hometown (called Brannenburg) a style named
Kun-Tai-Ko, a mixed Martial Arts style, taught by Sensei Norbert
W. Punzet (today 8th degree black belt).
There, he matured under the Masters Punzet and Bernard Jun. and
finally became a Master of the Art Kun-Tai-Ko him self. Up to
4.Dan, he passed all gradings with outstanding marks. The time
he received his 5th Dan (first master grade of honour) in 1997
he was an active Kenpo, Ryoi-Shinto-Ryu and Sport-Karates
Instructor and practitioner.
Those styles he was teaching in his schools in Rosenheim and Bad
Aibling. All those styles he learned while he was working for
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Chief Security in Dublin/Ireland
at the German Embassy. In 1992, he had the idea to create a
synthesis of all the styles learned and at present thought by
him self to students. More than 4 month he was writing a program
combining the styles Ryoi-Shinto-Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Kun-Tai-Ko,
Kickboxing, Chuan-Fa Kenpo and his experience in Kobudo.
Talking to his mentor, teacher and friend Shihan Roy Jerry Hobbs
10th Dan to help him in this case and to get a official
recognition of an own style, he agreed on. Cause of the fact he
is a very honorable Grandmaster and well known throughout all
Japanese and Okinawese Grandmasters, he helped Sensei
Kleinschwaerzer to receive his official recognition. In
September 1998, six years later - he did not even think about it
anymore - he received the recognition Diploma from Aomori-Ken in
Misawa Shu (North of Japan) issued by the KOKUSAI DENTOKAN
RENMEI ALL JAPAN MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION.
Together with this Diploma he was honored with the title SOKE (Founder
of style) of Seiwakan-Budo.
