About the founder of Seiwakan-Budo

 

 

 

Self defence lessons for police officers of Federal Police Germany and as Instructor at UNMIK Kosovo at Kosovo Police Service Academy in Vushtrri

 

Founder and head of Seiwakan-Budo is Alfred Kleinschwaerzer 7th degree black belt. Recognized by Bugei Renmei Dentokan Marial Arts Association (Roy J. Hobbs 10th Dan)! He also is head of KIAB (Kuntaiko Intern. Association of Budo and Former Director of WOMAA Germany (World Organization of Martial Arts Athletes).

Soke Kleinschwaerzer has trained with special forces in USA, Germany, Belgium and England. He has been assigned to Oversea duties by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Germany to Beijing/China, Ankara/Turkey, Dublin/Ireland and UNMIK Mission/Kosovo. In the German encyclopaedia of Martial Arts (ISBN 3-328-00838-1, sides 297, 332, 361 and 472), published in 2000, he. is mentioned as one of the most important Martial Arts Instructors throughout Europe. At present, he works as Defensive Tactics Chief Instructor and head of the Defensive Tactics Section at the Police Academy in Vushtrri/Kosovo (Ex- Balkan War zone).
